A Bit About Me
I’m Emma
I’m a mum of 2 boys. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and wow the industry is a lot different to when I first started.
I love helping women start their fitness journey to see them gain confidence within themselves and in doing things they thought they could never do.
I run small group fitness classes for women at my home gym. It’s their safe place to try something new and focus on their goals with no judgement.
I believe in everything in moderation - No quick fixes here! Balance is key which is why I’m currently studying to be a Nutritional Advisor.

My Classes
It’s never too late to start your journey into health and fitness.
So often I’m told from clients that in the past they found it hard to stick to an exercise program or healthy eating routine. They were motivated for a few days and then lost that motivation when they weren’t seeing instant results.
I teach clients to love moving their body and to eat a balanced diet. Everything in moderation. Not only this but I help them build confidence and show them they can stick to their journey just one step at a time.
You don’t have to exercise 7 days a week.
You don’t have to eat a super strict diet and feel like you can’t socialise with your friends anymore.
You can become fitter, stronger and healthier with some small changes and a supportive group of people to cheer you on.

These sessions are tailored around your personal goals and the types of training you enjoy.

Group Classes
We are a friendly bunch of women all on the same journey as you. Everything is all at your own pace so you will never feel behind. You will have a support system to cheer you on and celebrate your wins both in our sessions and life. We are all about moderation and regularly catch up for brunch to bond out side of sessions.
You will learn to love moving your body and wonder why you didn’t start months ago.
